drink more water every day.
4. Exercise: Exercising

in shape and boost your muscular strength and working-out reduces the threat of
high blood pressure.
5. Having A Good
Night Sleep: As many people might overlook the importance of sleeping,
having a good night rest is very important to the body due to it enable your
body to repair and be fit for the next day, while sleeping the bodywork to maintain
