How To Hard Or soft Reset Samsung Galaxy Z

Having issues with your Samsung Galaxy Z smartphone you might want to consider a hard or soft reset. A hard or soft reset is another way you can resolve problems on your smartphones.

How To Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy Z     

1.     Turn off your device

Note: Kindly press and hold the POWER button until Samsung Galaxy Z power off. You may likewise attempt to press and hold the POWER + VOLUME DOWN to power it down.

2.     Hold down the volume down (or volume up) key and the power button at the same time, and hold until the "Android or Samsung Logo" appears.

 

3.     Use the volume key to move up or down were you see "Wipe Information/Factory Data Reset" now use the power button to select.

 

4.     After the reset is done select "Reboot System Now".

Now your Samsung Galaxy Z should be working just fine.

 

How To Soft Reset Samsung Galaxy Z

1.      Turn on the Samsung Galaxy Z if turned off.

2.      Go to your phone Settings.

3.      Locate Reset Options or type Reset Options on search settings above.

4.      Locate the Erase all data (Factory reset) Press the “Erase all data “alternative.

Now your Samsung Galaxy Z should be working just fine.
