Court issues arrest warrant for Big Brother US winner Mike 'Boogie' Malin

A California judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of Big Brother US winner Mike "Boogie" Malin.

The judge issued the order after Mike failed to show up for a court date.

The winner of the reality show's seventh season also failed to take his calls after the judge ordered his public defender to call him.

Malin had pleaded no contest to stalking last year in a case involving his former "BB" buddy Dr. Will Kirby. He was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay Dr. Will more than $44,000.

Malin's public defender told the judge that his client did not have the money to pay the restitution.

The judge, who revoked Malin's probation, issued the warrant after he failed to appear for a hearing related to his stalking case. He also set Malin's bail at $20,000 after revoking his probation.

It was reported that Malin was scheduled to appear in court two weeks ago for a hearing on proof of cohabitation, but he failed to show up. His public defender took the blame, and the judge rescheduled the court date for Wednesday, September 28. The reality show star did not appear, although he had been given a second chance.
