Manchester United is considering signing attacker Hirving
Lozano from Napoli in January 2023.
Allegedly, the player can leave Napoli for a good price.
Erik Ten Hag, the Manchester United coach, had over 200 million pounds available in the summer.
With the Red Devils winning five of their last six games, ten Hag hopes they can keep that momentum going.
However, the Dutchman knows that he will have to spend even
more money in January to sign more players. According to reports, United will
therefore give his manager another £70 million.
At the top of Ten Hag's list are a new goalkeeper and a new
attacker.
As reported by the Manchester Evening News, Lozano is a player the club desperately wants. The Mexican star is unhappy at Napoli and reportedly wants to leave at the first opportunity. His time at Napoli did not go according to plan, and it is unlikely that the Serie A side will stand in his way if an offer is made.
According to the reports, they are seeking a transfer fee of
around 27 million pounds (30 million euros), although it appears Napoli could
be happy with less.
Lozano is a goal-scoring winger who should be well known to
Ten Hag from his time in the Netherlands. He has scored 109 goals in 349 games
and will bolster United's attacking force.
