Talented Afrobeat singer and lyricist Tekno is currently thanking his lucky stars that he's quitting marijuana.
In a viral post on his InstaStory, the U.S.-based Nigerian singer said he had a hard time sleeping the first night after he quit smoking, adding that "He went 24 hours without the drug."
"My first 24 hours of not smoking cannabis, marijuana, weed, or whatever you want to call it. The first night it was a little hard to sleep, but now it's 24 hours. I'm about to go through another 24 hours; I'm trying not to smoke weed for 30 days.
"At the end of those 30 days I'll decide if I want to keep smoking or not, but I'll come back here and keep you guys updated every day," He said.
